  1. So on doing a little more research I found the 2019 ACS checklist very good when doing this yourself, as you don't need to ask immigration officers for the answers when ACS clearly document it. So we will need Statement for July 06 see below: Payment Evidence must include at least two different types of documentary evidence from the following list of categories. This must cover the beginning and end for each year of employment being claimed in the application • Official government tax records or documents that may include payment summaries, group certificates or notices of assessment (citing company and applicant name) • Payslips citing names of the applicant and employer • Employment linked insurance/superannuation documents citing the name of the applicant and employer • Bank statements showing salary payments from employer (citing applicants name and name of employer).
  2. From the ACS Migration Skills Assessment Guidelines September 2019: 7.3 Payment Evidence ACS requires sufficient evidence of paid employment to verify your employment and that your pay is commensurate with the skill level for your position. Payment Evidence must include at least two of the following to cover the relevant period of employment: • Official government tax records or documents that may include payment summaries, group certificates or notices of assessment (citing company and applicant name) • Payslips citing names of the applicant and employer • Employment linked insurance/superannuation documents citing the name of the applicant and employer • Bank statements showing salary payments from employer (citing applicants name and name of employer). As you see no clarification as too how many bank statements are required?
  3. So basically you are saying you need two bank statements, 1 showing the 1st salary and 1 showing the last salary. "As a rule you need one salary advice" Are you saying you only need 1 form, so it could be a payslip, hmrc letter, bank statement?? Sorry i am not sure I fully understand your reply as I was merely asking about number of statements needed to cover an employment covering July 06 - May 09 so not sure what the following is relating to
  4. Hi guys I realise ACS ask for 2 forms of payment evidence, ie bank statements, hmrc, etc. These are the only 2 forms we can get as it was 10 plus years ago But it doesn't say how many you need. So how many bank statements would you need for a job you worked July 06 - May 09 I am able to get bank statements from July 08 on my ebanking but not it doesn't go back any further. Have contacted the bank they said they will try and order statements before this date but are not sure if they can as they changed their systems in 2008 and it will take a month to get them if possible. Now we have everything needed and would be able to submit 2day but as it doesn't state how many bank statements or dates we are unsure. So could anyone advise how many you need and what if certain dates you need for employment covering July 06 to may 09?? Many thanks
  5. You telling me to break the rules??!?!?
  6. Thanks for the "advice" but I think that's enough for now Appreciate the advice I'm sure I can't close off or delete this thread so hopefully a moderator can do this because too much advice/opinions can actually be a bad thing. I'll just go to Canada instead lol
  7. Thanks but after 3 free initial consultations it usually results in we need more information and you need to retain our services first at a cost of approx £/$1k and also you need to sign a contract. thanks anyway, we will get there in the end, just obviously no easy route as I was confused/worried before now my head is about to explode lol
  8. Thank you for the reply. But as I said all we have is bank statements showing salary being credited from the employer there are no other relevant bank statements. Re other documents you have listed we lost them due to flood damage, and these documents are from 2006-09 when we had no plans to emigrate so there no need to pay for copies. Also in the UK employers only keep previous employees records for 3 years and HMRC only keep records for 6 years so the documents you have listed are unfortunately unattainable as we don't have them and due to record keeping legislation no department has a copy for us to obtain. So it would be "rough" to say the least if they refused to not recognise the work experience for one document which is basically saying the same as another!! If you could offer some reassurance that this won't be the end of the world...but I feel you can't or you would have done in the 1st place rather than list a range of the standard records required. Thanks anyway
  9. Do you mean appoint Raul/Russell or the agents I have talked about?
  10. I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
  11. Too true and they give you guys a bad rep...because I have become so suspicious right now after having spoken to 3 agents: 1st was easy to kick to the curb because they just sounded like a sales man despite advertising free phone consultation every question was answered by we can discuss that in a paid consultation. 2nd was a family member recommendation who is so slow at answering emails and gives what appears to be conflicting advise as he previously said uncle route was a no go as it takes too long and went radio silent on us until I sent email advising I had spoke to someone else who had given advice and would no longer need him...he came back in 9 mins to say that agent was wrong when asking if they were registered (they are) it felt like he was scared to lose business. Final agent has phoned twice and answers emails in a timely manner and from chatting to her seems to know her stuff. I am suspicious in nature however the fact they have been put info in writing eases my concerns as I have clear proof of being misinformed or lied too as there service agreements have similar wording to yours about accepting to proceed with case really is confusing.
  12. So am I right in thinking that you are saying that it is best to sign with neither agent? Reason I ask is agent has sent contract through to sign although there is a clause they would not take on our case unless they truly believed there was an excellent chance of us obtaining a visa based on the inform we have sent them via email. Re the 491 being so new I take it no RMA can advice on it so all new immigration advice must stop until this info is released...which is what one RMA told us over the phone although he did push to arrange a paid telephone consultation...seems to be a trend!!!
  13. Both have seen the CV What advise exactly seems ill advised? I'm hoping you mean the oz agent!!
  14. Thanks for the reply. Yea apparently he is though I have no idea how tbh. Yes she detailed all of the requirements she def seems alot better. Do you think the payment evidence will be a big issue as we can only provide bank statements showing the salary for her 1st job? We would hate to lose that experience because of one thing which 13 years old.
  15. Looking at applying for either 190 or 491 need advice for payment evidence we can get bank statements but as you need 2 we are unable to get a second before 2013. Phoned HMRC this morning and they are sending out the last 6 years proof but as work experience is from 2006 we don't know what to do for 2006 to 2013? Any ideas greatly appreciated
