  1. Yes, completely missed that. So maybe we can compare to half of the previous year. I know the methodology has a few flaws like there might be more visas given in the second half of the year etc. That brings us to 34% decline. fa-210200113-document-released.xlsx
  2. I did some analysis on the number of visa applications granted across all sub classes. In regards to 186 ENS, there is a 66% drop last year if we compare to the year before however, if we look at the total number of visas granted in the year, 186 was given more priority compared to last year. Noting that 186 visas were only 1.81% of all visas granted in 2020. Attached my calculations for anyone interested. 3. Hi Everyone, My team with previous employer who was sponsoring me for 457 visa got sold to another company. I moved with the team to a new company and I had to file for a renomination of my 457 sponsor. My agent has informed me that he can still file 186 visa application because the role, responsibilities and type of job is consistent however, he is not confident because my work location had to change. I have moved within the Sydney to another office. The clause does not mention anything about the location and I wanted to get some guidance on if you think this can cause an issue? I would assume that this is a fairly common activity when divestures happen? Would appreciate if you can provide some guidance.
