Its terrible !! Looks like we will be waiting a while !!

We are shipping all our belongings home from Brisbane to uk but our agent are saying they have major issues with uk ports and shipping lines . And they are struggling with getting a freight booking for our 40ft container. Also there might be further price increases. Move home is stressful enough without these shipping delays. Has anyone else had problems please ???

Can anyone help with a good shipping company around the Brisbane area please. We are moving forward to the uk in 3 half months time. Are belongings are all in local storage ready for shipping We were going with Overseas Packers & Shippers but haven't replied after 4 phone calls !! Also someone who is competitive on price Much appreciate any help Thank you

Me & my Wife are permanent residents but we are heading home for good in March as we have family commitments and decided to move home.Can we give up our PR before we leave in March & go on a temporary visa like a bridging visa ??? Is it best to contact a immigration lawyer ?? And can i claim my super also i cancel my PR also ?? Any help much appreciated Lee

Hi Guy's We are moving our belongings back to the uk in November !! We live in Redcliffe North Brisbane We have one quote from $7700 for 30 cubic metres container And $10,740 for a 38 cubic metres & this is probably the size we need !! This quotation was from a company called overseas packers & Shippers !! We want one more quote so can anyone recommend another competitive company please !!

Hi everyone We are applying for a exemption to leave Australia for good in july this year as we want to get back with family and settle back in the uk. Apparently if we include proof we are leaving Australia for good in the way of sending proof in the exemption form like : we have sold are house Price for shipping our belongings price for flying our dog Notice we are leaving our employment We should get the approval to leave Australia !!! We are hoping to move back to the uk around july this year 2021 !!! With all the border closures etc do you think it will be possibly to get a flight home ??? We have been in Brisbane for 14 year's but we always planned on returning home for good & reconnect with family !! We know the government is given exemptions for uk residents needling to get home for emergencies etc What about uk residents wanting to return home this year ?? How will it work ?
