Wrussell can you tell me that call interview and submission of additional documents its has been now 1 month when will be the visa generated?

Hi guys i applied my visa by an immigiration agent from melbourne on 30 september 2018 months after on 18 february i have done my medical examintion and day after my biometrics i recieved interview call on 5 september 2019 and ask for additional docs i sumbmittef addiotional docs and my police clearance. Can you guys help me when will be my visa granted beacuse still i am confused and waiting
