Hi Raul I’m currently on a 457 visa and changing employers. My new employer lodged the nomination last Thursday and he told me it has been approved today (in 4 business days). I’ll resign tomorrow and comply with my two weeks notice with my current employer. Once it’s done, does anyone have to notify the Department that I have finished my obligations with my former employer? Or there is no need to do so and I can just start with my new employer after the notice and consider that the Department would be already up to date? TIA
