Did your Nomination got approved! The documents were asked for Nomination or Visa File??

Hi team, I have applied for RSMS visa on 15 march 2018. My nomination got approved on 2 sep 2019. I haven't heard anything from immigration regarding visa. RSMS visa rules changed on 18/3/2018 asking for 3 years of experience . I applied on 15/3/2018 , will it effect my visa requirements??? I received acknowledgement saying Application received on 15 march 2018 in my immi account. Thanks

When Did you launch you 187 visa application??? was it before 15/3/18 or after that date?
