Hi we are on a 489 visa. we applied for 887 on 14 Apr 2018. in the month of Apr 2019 our file was opened by case officer requested for new document as my daughters passport expired. We applied for a new one and submitted the payment receipts within 28 days. After that we submitted the new passport. Then the case officer requested for my superannuation statement since I have taken up a franchisee in the month of June 2019 and that was also submitted within 28 days of the request. now till date we have not received any reply from them. last when I checked the processing time was 16 to 17 mth today it is changed to 18 to 21mth. Can any one guide us weather we should lodge a complaint .
