  1. Thank you. I guess there must be registered migration agents in this forum.
  2. Thanks! Have you ever seen similar cases, waiting for 190 meanwhile successfully get another visa?
  3. Hi friends, I and my partner had lodged 190 subclass Visa application in Australia. I'm the prime applicant. Then we applied the Bridging Visa B to go visiting our family overseas. I came back within the requested deadline, while my partner has been stuck by some affairs in the home country and might not come back to Australia before BVB expires. If that happens, my partner has no substantial visa but only under the application of 190 Visa. It means we have to be separated for another 6-7 months If she has to wait till 190 approved. Can I apply any other type of visa for my partner to come back before 190 Visa approved? Could someone who has a similar experience help to share some ideas? THANKS A LOT!!!
  4. Thx VERYSTORMY! Do you have any one to recommend?
  5. Hi Everyone, How lucky I finally find this forum. Have been browsing almost all related articles these days but still cannot figure out my problem yet. Here is my timeline: 2019.4 Got positive VET result (225113 Marketing Specialist) Pass PTE proficient level 2019.6 Graduated from a master's degree in Queensland (1.5-year Master, so ineligible for a 485 working visa) 2019.7 Acquired a marketing job offer and signed a 12 months contract from July 1st. I submitted the EOI on 29th July as soon as the BSMQ opened the Skilled Migrant Program. 65 points include State Nomination 5 points. But the problem is that my student visa is going to expire. The BSMQ announced on Facebook they are processing the 489 application prior to the 190 cases. Obviously, I can't get the invitation before my student visa expires at the end of August. Now I'm confusing about two things: 1. If I leave Australia before getting invited, will the EOI become ineffective? They claimed that they will assess me as an offshore applicant when invitation coming and I'm offshore. According to the offshore occupation list, marketing specialist can't apply for 190, only the 489 (or 491 later ) 2. Even though I manage to extend the stay by applying for a Tourist Visa, I can't provide the latest payslips when I get invited because of the visa type. (190 document checklist includes "current two payslips" ) This is too hard for people who don't have a working visa but have to wait onshore meanwhile work full-time. It's a Postgraduate Alumni Stream, not a Two-Year Postgraduate Alumni Stream. I must have a wrong understanding somewhere. Please correct me anyway. Thanks a lot in advance.
