  1. Hi Group, I’ve got a question which is 187 visa related. Considering I have to fulfil 02 years working for the same company (Visa has been approved already) and in the meantime I get pregnant, it means that the time I will take as maternity leave I will have to pay back when I come back? Eg: Work commitments – from NOV/18 to NOV/20 Maternity leave – 06 months in 2019. Does it mean that I won’t be able to leave on Nov/20 anymore? Do I need to "pay" the 06 months that I used for maternity leave? Has anyone heard anything about it?
  2. My student visa was expiring in March so the Migration Agent applied for the visa first without the RCB. In July when they requested more docs, they applied for the RCB and I was told it would take 10 weeks to be approved but it took 48 hours only.
  3. Hi there @Kabin My timeline date is correct. Fortunately, I've got my 187 visa application finalised within 06 months. I don't know why and I'm still stoked and grateful. As I mentioned, my visa was applied on 06/03/2019 and I got my visa approved on 09/09/2019. I'm in ACT, profession Public Relations. All the best! Regards
