My 482 visa is refused and so can I apply for 485 dependent on visa on the basis of partner?

Hey @paulhand Thanks for your help. My employer lawyer is working on this but I just want to see and get more information on this situation. My employer lawyer suggests me that you can do both at the same time but somewhere I read that we can only do one at a time. Cheers, Aiden

Hello @paulhand Thanks for replying. My current situation is that my employer has applied for 482 but its get rejected so now they want to appeal AAT. But currently, my partner is graduating so she also wants to file for 485. I am currently on her dependent visa so I have confusion whether I go with 485 for now and at the same time my employer do 482 appeals. If you have any suggestion for me than free feel to inform me. Can I apply 485 and 482 visa at same time? If yes then which insurance allowed to cover both thing?
