Hi Guys My 457 visa Granted back in 2016 as cook nomination occupations but my payslip from beginning 2016 till now coming as chef so I got skill assessment as chef now i have been invited from WA state I have claimed my 3 year experience points I wanted to ask if I lodge my 491 visa does immigration going to question me about my experience points because am holding 457 visa as cook but on payslips am chef please let me know thank you Ir some one has gone through this situation thank you

Hi 186 TRT nomination been refused due to payslip chef but position was cook and also company running loss in business anyone same situation here am thinking to reapply again please let me know I only applied the nomination 457 visa still active

Hi Guys my MA applied 186 nomination Trt on 1 August 2019 my employer paid SAF but he didn’t pay 2018 benchmark training is that ok ? please let me know thanks

Some one ask me above which one you apply So I apply TRT but my company in loss so I wanted to ask anyone nominate been approved while company in loss ? My MA also attached accountant supportive letter that company is back to profit due to some reason it was in loss past years so Am worried about my nomination

Accountant has written that company can afford him for another 2 years also saying company growing up .that’s all is that enough or need more information about loss ?

Hi Am so worried about my nomination application I just applied 3 weeks ago TRT as cook I been working more than 3 years with same company on 457 visa .company used to had 3 restaurants branches due to loss they sale one restaurant .so where am currently working is doing good but due to one ABN 2017-2018 loss and profit statement show total loss 116k turn over was 1.8 million does CO will really look in loss ? If yes what’s documents can be attached to cover this loss please let me know Thank you

Hi Guys i have lodged the 186 TRT nomination as cook company turn over 1.8 million but loss and profit statement says $116 loss is its still possibility for approval of nomination company accountant supportive letter been attached with application can someone let me know please thank you
