Hi there, i am an Australian living in Britain. I have been here for 13 years now. In around 4 years my British boyfriend and I (and our son) are wanting to move back to Perth. Im after some information, (I’m not sure where to start!) on what I have to do for my boyfriend to be able to move with us. I’m assuming he will have to apply for a spouse visa? Any advise on where to start would be much appreciated thanks
