Thank you. However do they ask you about your medical history?

Hi everyone, New to the group, I have just applied for citizenship however I have previously been undergoing some medical testing. It has not been confirmed but it was suggested that I may have Crohn's disease (I have to undergo another colonoscopy to confirm this). I have deferred this testing since I think I may be rejected due to having this disease and may be seen as a tax burden to the country. Is this the right thing to do or should I go ahead and get more testing done? Will having Crohn's disease affect my citizenship? Thanks for your help.
