  1. I know it doesn't say when I look at under the section 'About this visa', but it doses mentioned under the section 'When you have this visa' ---> 'We expect that you will work for your nominating employer for at least 2 years. If you don't, we might cancel your visa" This keeps bothering me.
  2. Hi Muppett, https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/employer-nomination-scheme-186/temporary-residence-transition-stream#When If you check the above web site under when you have this visa. Cheers
  3. Hi Hex, Thank you very much for your previous answering. I mean I checked the Immigration web site (ENS 186 TR stream), which says that "We expect that you will work for your nominating employer for at least 2 years. If you don't, we might cancel your visa" Should I worry about this sentence? Cheers
  4. Hi Hex, Thank you for your reply. What do you think about Immi web site under your obligation (TRT), when you have this visa > What you must do on this visa (your obligations)? It says "We expect that you will work for your nominating employer for at least 2 years. If you don't, we might cancel your visa" Cheers
  5. Dear MaggieMay24, Are you a migrant agent or lawyer in Australia? I have been reading about ENS 186 cancellation everywhere. But I am still very confused. Please, I need true advice. I was on old 457, and I have my ENS 186 (TRT) granted three months ago. I have been working for Queensland Health as a registered nurse for almost 4 years. Now I’m thinking of leaving Queensland Health and relocate to NSW Health or agency nurse. Should I be worried about the visa cancellation?? If I leave Queensland Health soon, will I lose ENS 186 permanent residence?? If it shouldn't be a problem, do I have to tell the department that I have left?? Thank you. Kind regards,
