Hello everyone, we got our 186 visa grant on 5th of February (TRT- ENS) I have been working with same employer for 4 years now, with same salary for 50 hours a week. After my visa grant I asked my employer to increase my salary, but he denied. Well, he put my work schedule with 45 hrs a week now but I asked him I will only work 38-40 hours, do I really need to work that much hours or can I leave my job and work other place? what is the best option, can I ask him release letter and work to other places. please suggest me. Thank you

Hello, I have applied for my 186 trt visa on 25/09/2019, through 482 sponsored visa. What is the time period for 186 Visa to approved in Brisbane, QLD. With my 186 visa my partner is on the de-facto visa jointly but after our visa lodged we get married. Do I have to submit our marriage certificate to the immigration or should I wait for there decision

Thank you for your concern, Me and my employer agreed for the not paying for my paid leave he only pay my full salary and superannuation. As per my period of 457 I only took 4 weeks leave, and I did not get any pay for it. At the end in my PAYG it only shows 51k instead of 54k. After completing my 2 year of 457 I applied for 482 it is on process. When can I apply for 186 should I need to cover the leave I have taken on my 457. Please suggest me thank you in advance

Hi, I have applied for 482 visa after completing my 457 short term visa on 4 july(2 years) path way to 186 visa. In between my 2 years period I took 2 weeks unpaid holiday in each year, I did not get any paid holiday from my employer. Does it effect to apply 186 visa. What are the requirements can you please suggest me. thank you
