How to start skill assessment for 342313 electronic equipment trades worker? If someone can give instructions one by one it is great for me.

Hi I’m newly for this forum. Could I know anyone is there , who did the 342313 skill assessment recently? My paper Qualification is mentioned as TV Radio and Allied equipment repairer, award National Vocational Qualification IV and previous completed National Certificate of engineering craft practice in electronics, two years full time. My current occupation is electronics technician in Air Force since 2009. Can I apply for 342313 ? Regards
