    Finallly Golden email arrived - not many afghans here but i will post for future reference. After 15 months of wait my wife was granted visa. I wish everyone the best. Please be patient and trust Allah, as everyone of us will have a happy day.

    Hi Guys , Was there any contact from them After the interview? Like did they email you requesting documents or ?

    what happens if you miss immigrations call? Anyone had similar situation? Will they email or call you back next day?

    @Amjadt it is a known error for all. Try later or tomorrow

    @Mohadisa one afghan applicant that i know, it took him 15 months.

    @Alina11 we completed everything ourselves, medical done last year but i guess expired now ( expires after 12 months). There was no such thing as police check.

    @Alina11 we lodged application before they made biometric mandatory, so we dont know if we have to do it or not - All those doesn't matter. What matters the most is the processing timeframe which is too lengthy for Afghans. hopefully we will hear something soon

    @Alina11 i think applicants before July 2018 did not have the option to do Biometrics - so if we have to do it then we will just have to wait for Case officer to notify us. since your husband applied 5 months ago, did he do his biometrics?

    Do health assessment expires after 12 months? If yes, then should we wait for CO to email before getting another one done?

    @Ifseh if your case is outside processing timeframe provided in immi then agent can definetly help you - plus think of postive stuff and it is that visa will be granted soon inshallah
