  1. Guys, I'm so happy to report that I received my PR today. RN NEC, Lodged on 24th of June. It was a direct grant.
  2. That's awesome. Goodluck with preparations. I'm onshore and hoping for a direct grant as well. Lodged 24th June. Vic
  3. Wow, congratulations @Martina. I hope I'm next in line. Are you onshore or offshore
  4. No, it shouldn't. Only God know on what basis they are picking. I'm onshore, just as my friend. But she got hers in 2 months, while I'm still here since almost 5 months
  5. I wish that was the case, but no logic seems to work so far. My friend is onshore, so the logic of onshore/offshore didn't work there. My points are also higher. 70+5. Yet I'm still waiting. Lol
  6. @Martina I thought that initially. But have seen a lot of RNs get grants with lodgement dates past July. My friend got hers and she lodged in September , VIC nomination. Immitracker shows some from August as well. I guess all we can do is wait. Feels good to vent about it though
  7. I'm happy for all that have gotten their grants. But boy, this is hard. I know a friend that applied in Sept, same vic, less points than me but have just received hers. While I'm here waiting since June. And @Martina waiting since May. I wonder what system they are following.
  8. Unfortunately it doesn't, you're classified as recent graduate of it was from an Australian uni. Otherwise, you'll have to go according to the website. My situation was different from yours, as I completed my degree here in VIC
  9. When you say training, do you mean you did your bachelor's degree in Australia?. If yes, and less than 2 years ago, then you qualify as a recent graduate and can apply to Victoria without work experience. You'll have to get your skill assessment from anmac first though. Goodluck
  10. Hi Martina, thanks for your response. With Vic, I applied on the recent graduate platform so did not have to provide any experience documents. That's why I'm confused at the moment. If you don't mind my asking, what docs did you end up submitting to DHA on that work experience page during the visa application?
  11. Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and have been encouraged by lots of positive stories here. please I need some guidance. I am in the process of applying for my 190 visa. On the upload required documents page, I have been asked to provide evidence of overseas and Australian work experience. My confusion now is that I am not claiming any points for work experience as I do not have the necessary documents, especially for the overseas work experience. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any suggestions on how to go about this? I'm trying to avoid any CO contact in the future.
  12. Hi, if you qualify as a recent graduate then you're also expected to apply directly to Victoria on their website. Or have you done this already?
