    Hi lepea, Thanks for your reply. What happened in our case is that yes in a first instance they all moved at the bottom, but about a month ago they all disappeared completely, so there was information next to the sponsor that 0 out of 100 documents were attached, but the categories disappeared too. Few other people had that as well and I believe they upload all of the docs in'other' section. We decided to call the immigration, as you cannot lodge an enquiry any more online (it's taking you to none existing page). They were super helpful there and said, that what are they doing now is to check a sponsor before checking the applicant, so they checked all of the sponsor documents and they were fine so they disappeared from our immi accounts, but they can still see them on their end.

    Hi Butterflies, I think what's happened now is that they moving towards the approving sponsor before the applicant style, so they started to request the separate accounts from sponsors for everyone right now. But that just started few months ago, so your mum might have been lucky enough to go with the 'old' system still. I hope that helps.

    Hi, you would need two accounts. We just had one like you, uploaded everything under my (applicant) account but sponsor name all of the sponsor documents. And in July we had an RFI just for a separate account for a sponsor. Since then is very quiet, so I feel like it was a big overlook from our side to not have those two accounts from the beginning and extended our wait. But you live and learn, we created a separate account for my husband now and waiting for any news, hopefully soonish :)

    Hi baloosy, I checked my application and all of my husband documents disappeared from my application as well as from his Sponsor application. I wanted to re-upload them, but all of the categories for documents that we used before are gone as well, so I have no idea where to upload the documents, was yours the same?

    Hi all, First off, many thanks to everyone in these forums for their help and information and best of luck to everyone in their applications. I've logged onto my Immi account to have a look and seen that all documents under my husband's section have gone. Not just the documents themselves, but the actual category that the documents are listed under have dissapeared. There are currently no documents there. My husband then logged onto his Immi account where he had uploaded his sponsor form etc, and found the same. Anyone else have this issue? We could re-upload it all but the categories are now gone...

    Just got my request for RFI : 'Your sponsor must complete Form 40SP ‘Sponsorship for a partner to migrate to Australia’ online at: https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/login' So I guess you cannot attach a copy of it to the main application (as we have done) any more. We will do it tonight and I hope the grant will be soon!

    I feel exactly the same! I don't mind waiting when I see that something is happening, but right now it's just dead quiet... I hope it picks up soon, cause I'm already checking my immi account every hour or so! I'm planning to go to Canberra around Dec/Jan and I hope my visa will be ready by then. I guess we all need to be patient and wait and see.

    Congratulations everyone! I hope they won't slow down! Although I booked my medicals for 19th of June as I didn't expect them to contact me earlier than July/August!
