I have good relations with my employer and I just told him that all I can help you out with the busy summers i.e christmas as I have already given him 5 years of my life and I am still getting better opportunities from somewhere else. Without hearing they remitted the case back to Immigration and after thet in just couple of days my visa got granted.

Not really as my case my strong enough as I was still working under the same employer so we requested the AAT to give decision on the paper based

Hi guys, I hope you guys are doing great.I just wanted to collect the right information about RSMS 187 visa. The thing is I applied the RSMS(direct stream entry)in 2018 as a Cook but unfortunately the application was refused by the Immigration in may 2019 and after that I applied for AAT in the same month of 2019.It took 3 years for an AAT to open my case and they requested for further documentaion in the month of july 2022 and after providing all the requested documentation they remitted my file back to Immigration and they requested for further documentation like PCC from overseas, AFP, form 80, medical health examination which I all provided it to them and soon after I got my Permanent Residency on Oct 2022 Now, the thing when I checked my status of the visa grant notification it does not states anywhere that I have to work for another 2 years under the same employer as I have already given my 5 years of blood,sweat and soul to him and I am missing a lot of new job opportunities with better pay and growth under my nose so what could I do. Hi everyone . Im waiting for RSMS ATT decision from the LAST 2 YEARS. Nomination refused on 10 may 2019. Just wondring how long it take...anybody have roughly idea. Thanks

Hi Guys, I just wanted to know how long does it takes for the RSMS visa subclass 187 to be approved.As, recently I have received an email from my agent that your nomination has been refused but they are telling me the valid reason about that and they asked me to spend $1765 to take the file under AAT.Furthermore, My friend and me applied the nomination almost at the same time in 2017 from the same cafe, under the same agent and the same case officer was been assigned for our case but his file was approved on this thursday and whereas my file was refused on friday by the same case officer. Guys, I really need to know long does it takes at the Tribunal to open the file and even if everything is genuine all the documents and the person himself working there
