Hi I m now in 457 visa and my visa grant 13-12-2016 expire 14-12-2020. My position is Contract administrator 511111 and after 15-12-2017 my company was changed and closed and my owner open another company same location same work same job. He changed company name and abn number. But everything is same. In feb 2018 I applied SBS AND NOMINATION SBS is approved transfer Nomination is refused on march 2018.After i apply AAT but still pending. I have already done skill assessment positive in vet assess and i got 3.5 years experience If I have again apply new nomination this time and nomination approved and can I have still eligible for ENS186. Please reply and thanks
