  1. @SunilKumar as per my timeline visa was granted a little over 3 weeks after medicals cleared.
  2. Hi Amit My S56 28 days only expires tomorrow 16/07 so not expecting anything before then... Thanks David
  3. Hi Jen Once your business nomination has been submitted your MA will provide your HAP ID that is required to book you medical - so technically yes you can do these before applying for your visa
  4. Hi All Just wondering if any one has a similar time line to mine and been approved recently? Thanks...
  5. @MarkAu Good Luck Mark the 457 - 186 TRT seems to be moving quickly at the moment
  6. Hi Jia The only way round this for me was to submit a 1023 notice of incorrect answer against my current 457 with a secondary statement and attach this to my 186 as well so there is consistency when my file is opened My nomination was approved last week 05/06 ( 2 weeks after been submitted) so may know a bit more when my file gets opened. Thanks..
  7. Hi Duda I applied for mine and it came through 3 weeks later to the day..... That's when the fun begins - i declared my caution from 2002 on my original 457 and my records where verified by immigration with ACRO prior to my visa grant in 2016 Now im in the process of gaining my 186 the subject access showed a court appearance with no penalty at all imposed so i never declared it - however my MA now says i have to prepare a notice of incorrect answer which seems odd as i wasn't convicted, fined or cautioned. Just though i would mention this as no doubt you will be in the same boat if anything else shows up on the subject access.. Thanks.
  8. Hi Djianb Thanks for the info hopefully will get mine back early may Did you have any feedback from your MA as to the content of your access request ? As im likely to have a couple of things on there Thanks David
  9. Hey I'm in the same position , came over in 2016 on a long term 457 ,due my ACRO showing no live trace i had to write a personal statement for a caution received in 2002 Having now applied for my 186 i had to supply a revised statement for the same caution plus a subject access request....this has thrown me as i know there will be at least another couple of incidents that i was never charged for. Out of interest how long did it take for you to receive yours back as i applied for mine on the 16/04/19...dreading this turning up as i was adamant to my MA that only my caution would show up... Thanks.
