Morning everyone Just received my GOLDEN EMAIL. good luck for everyone waiting . I have submitted my new NZ police clearance and NZ MOJ on 18th April . Waited 37 days . @Fungyour,s will be next 13th March requested for my NZ police clearance and NZ MOJ consent uploaded on 16th March 12th April - Requested NZ police clearanace and NZ MOJ for my husband - uploaded on 18th April 25th May - Visa grant more details in my signature Thanks

@Fung did you get your visa or still waiting . The NZ MOJ consent takes 3 months according to my friend . He waited 97 days after submitting the consent form . How long have you been waiting ?

Yes they have send the S56 request twice( NZ police clearance & MOJ consentfor me and then my husband ). I have provided g on 17th April and status changed to further assessment . I have applied for visa after nomination approval only.

@Fung I have the same situation, asked for my NZ police clearance on 12/03/19 and provided on 27/03/19 . Status changed to Initial assesment on 12/04/19 and requested NZ police and MOJ consent for my husband which expired on ( passed six months on 05/04/19) . Uploaded on 16/04/19 and status changed to further assessment . please update your current status

@Kiwibayer we are in the same boat . Waiting for CO to look back into our file . Hopefully they have the MOJ consent back now . Mine is being processed by ViC Pese Details in my signature .
