Hi was asked for more information around 40 days ago. Is this a good sign. It’s already been 40 days since I submitted the further information which was form 80 and statutory declaration declaring my drink and driving offence 3 years back. Does this causes further delay on my application. Anyone been through similar situations?? Thanks .

I got nomination approved and was Asked for form 80 and statutory declaration. I am waiting for 20 days after further documents submitted.

How long did team 12 to open your file ? Actually what is team 12 and what do they check when you submit the 80 form.

Hi I have been asked to fill up a form 80 but I don’t have enough details about past employer and some of them already closed down as well and even with my education history. How important is that ?? And I also need to do ta statutory declaration as I had criminal offence which is drunk driving. What do I have to do I have no idea. Really need some help with this.

Yes I went to court aswell and was fined. This happen before I got my 457 and after I have already applied my 457. I got my 457 visa 4 days after I went to court. So I could not even let the immigration know. Coz I was waiting for court hearing.

Hi, i just wanted to know if your traffic offences create any problem in your visa. I have had mid range driving and driving while license suspended 2 years back before before I even got my 457. Now I am waiting for 186 and this is stressing me out. Anyone knows anything about this ? Thankyou !!
