and if the person gets his rsms visa granted and later on employer asks to sell the restaurant still a person needs to lodge again visa and nomination or is it ok and just inform immigration and live in regional area

hi if u look at it they have written nominated person needs to work and family members have to obey all the laws ... it is not properly clear ...

Here is my timeline nomination applied - dec 2016 visa applied - may 2017 nomination approved - aug 2018 asked for medical and pcc submitted on - 3 sep 2018 made a complaint 2 weeks ago about decesion got pr granted today

Hi I applied in may 2017 ... got my nonination approval aug 2018 was asked for medicals and pcc since then waiting for decesion it is showing further assessment in immi account

Hi I m waiting since sep 2018 got my nomination approved aug 2018 and asked for medicals and pcc submited in sep 2018 since then it is showing further assesment ...no outcome yet ...it has now been around 9 months ... dont know what is the reason why are they holding certain applications and giving decesions to rest...

Hi did they ask u for experience also ??? as i can see u applied in 2017 in that way u dont need any experience ...
