  1. Hi can someone give me some urgent advice please. I submitted my paper application for a NZ spouse visa this week and I was looking over my application and spotted that my documents haven't been certified properly. My friend (who is a lawyer) stated on each document that she certified it to be a true copy of the original, included her signature and the date but didn't state her full name, occupation or telephone number. By sheer coincidence she has provided a supporting statement for our relationship, where she states her full name and occupation and you can clearly see it's the same signature as all the certifications but I'm now worried that my application will get bounced on the basis that i haven't provided properly certified documents. I called the Global Help number and they advised just to wait until i hear from a case officer if they need more information. Do I: Sit tight as advised and run the risk that 18 months down the line our application gets rejected; Call the relevant embassy (London) and ask to pull my application to fix something before resubmitting (is this even possible); or Ask my friend to send a letter referencing my application (noting our immiaccount payment ref) advising her details and containing a statement along the lines of: "I, [NAME], Solicitor of [FIRM NAME] and [TELEPHONE NUMBER], further confirm that each of the documents noted below, to which I affixed my signature on 11 March 2019 and were provided as part of [APPLICANT NAME] application for a New Zealand Citizen Family Visa dated 11 March 2019, are true copies of the original sighted by me: " My husband and I checked the documents over and over and couldn't see anything wrong with them.I don't know if i'm overthinking it or if i have a really big problem on my hands here - please help! Thank you in advance
