Hi everyone, what happens if, after few months of you getting your 187 approval your director of the business sells the business to some one and the new director takes incharge of the business. Are we still entitled to work with the new owner? As we had signed the contract with only the previous owner. They are selling the business as it is like the name of the company also the abn number is same.

Hii everyone, i got my 187 visa this year as a cook, for some reason my employer has decided to put the restaurant on sale now. I am bit worried at the moment is it going to affect my visa? Just incase he sells it, what i need to do under these circumstances? Do i still need to live in regional area even if i dnt find a job as a cook. Or i can move on to somewhere else?

Hello everyone, jst asking a small query on behalf of my friend. he has got his nomination approved on march 2019, and docs requested was his medical. According to him he has not submitted his form 80 yet. And the doha has not requested it. So shall he jst submit his form 80 to process his application fast. Or he should not, because its not been asked frm the doha. Can a 187 application be processed without submitting the form 80? Thanks

Hello guys, just wanna know tht, is this the general or the default status after a health examination or not? why does it says, the case will be refered to the department’s migration medical services provider?

Hi guys, i have applied Rsms, as a cook in june 2017. Rcb applied and approved june 17, nomination and visa applied june 17. my file was opened january 2019, documents asked from myside and wife: my pcc, nomination approval letter. Health examination (wife) pcc (wife) ielts certificate(wife) docs requested frm business side: Genuine need for paid emloyee Proof, bas statement (2017-18) tax returns profit and loss statement Detailed business organisation chart my accountant bymistake send a wrong profit and loss statement in which few figures were not matching such as profit, super annuation figure, sales figure. And my ma attached it to the file. And then later on my business owner realised that it is the rough copy and he failed to send the finalised one. so after realising the mistake the accountant appologised for the mistake and wrote a letter that it was his software’s mistake like all the data wasn’t transferred from one software to another. Although he did apologised and the letter was attached with the remaining documents and its been a week since uploading and my 28 days time period is also over. As i am really worried coz of this mistake wether the co is gonna consider the submission from the accountant or not. Confused, tensed and worried. If some one can please tell hows tht gonna wrk now.
