  1. Hi all, I have an update on my bf's process in case this is useful (He accidentally attached his application to the wrong nomination and was asked by immigration to withdraw as this information can't be changed or it would be refused). We emailed back asking to allow us to submit an Incorrect Answers form and continue the process but the response was again NO. After that, we proceded to submit a withdrawal application form and a refund form Friday last week. Yesterday, my bf got an email from immigration asking him to call the Case Officer to discuss his case. They went through everything over the phone, the CO asked a lot of questions and then told him that he found a clause in the policy where he could process his application as is... 2 hours later we received the Approvals for both nomination and application!!!! I know how frustrating must be for people that have been waiting for years to see people getting approvals in 4 months, I sympathize because I can totally see myself feeling the same way if I was in your shoes. I firmly believe that they must have a different team working in visas after SAF Levy fee... I wish everyone gets their PR soon and I hope that sharing this information will be useful to someone here!
  2. Deh, thank you so much for the response. This is what has happened so far (in case this is useful for someone else): We responded to the email yesterday explaining the situation. This morning my partner and I went to the immigration office to ask questions about our options. They basically said that the team handling the case is the one that decides if they let us submit a Notification of Incorrect Answers form on the existing application or we have to withdraw and reapply. They also said that we can apply for a refund if we decide to withdrawn and "is reasonable" that they will give us the money back because the case seems like a legitimate human error. Hopefully is the first option
  3. Hi guys, We received bad news today. My boyfriend submitted his visa application with the incorrect nomination reference number (by mistake he put his previous 457 nomination reference number instead of the 186 nomination reference number). The email said this information can't be changed and he has to withdraw the application or will be refused. I was wondering if any of you know if there is a way to just ask them to let us change the reference number? It seems incredible unfair to pay the fee again for such a small mistake Any advice/ suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
  4. Hi all! A silent reader as well... I've been reading the forum for a few weeks now and I wanted to share that about 3 hours ago I received my GOLDEN email!! I was not expecting it so soon!! I'm incredibly happy and surprised it happened so fast (3 months and 25 days). My guess is that post-SAF Levy applications are being processed faster... My boyfriend is also waiting for his, we applied separately around the same time (each with their employer). I've added his timeline to my signature as well and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Thank you for all the info and support in this forum... I hope everyone gets their PR soon!!!!
