  1. Hi All, My Mon was granted visa on 12Dec2019 after 4 year 3 days waiting. I'd like to thank you all for sharing your experiences on this forum which were really helpful, such as: - After completing Bank Guarantee, we should forward all bank documents to Centrelink including their email requested for Bank guarantee. - Once AoS approved we also should send the approval letter to PVC even though Centrelink advised that they will notify PVC of the outcome. - After paying 2nd VAC we should send the receipt to PVC. I believe what I did (followed your experiences) helped make the case officer's job easier resulting in the visa process becoming quicker as well. When contacting Centrelink, I dialed 131 202 to ask for an interpreter then the interpreter contacted AoS team directly. By this way I did not have to wait too long in queue although the answers were not always satisfying! One more secret, I have kept on praying to God for a smooth process since receiving email from PVC for further information. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and wishing your visa process going quickly and smoothly!
  2. Hi sub7er, Foreign passport makes 70 points and full birth certificate makes another 70 points. Or you can get bank statement which makes 25 points and ID photo (from nativie country) makes another 20 points. My Mom did not need to submit finger prints. As your parents living overseas they will need to send you the scanned copies of original documents and scanned copies of translated documents.
  3. Thanks AMP. I uploaded under "Financial" category before receiving your response. I called centrelink to ask if they receive my documents and they said yes. Hopefully alll will go smoothly!
  4. Hi Greece, Hope this link could help: https://www.humanservices.gov.au/individuals/services/centrelink/assurance-support/how-apply/confirm-your-identity#whatarecommondocs I came to Centrelink offfice in person and brought all documents as indicated on table from the link. Then what the officer there checked was my licence, passort and visa for identity proof.
  5. Hi, anyone who uploaded BG online could help me please: under which Document category that you uploaded the BG? When I went to AoS webpage there is no tab to upload document as AoS completed, then I went to "Uploade document" in general I needed to choose a category. There is no either BG category or AoS category I had to choose "Financial" category and now I'm not sure if I did correctly. Thank you so much.
  6. Hi All, any of you who completed AoS could help me clarify this requirement: I intend to lodge AoS online. However I read this on centrelink website: How to submit your documents To confirm your identity, you’ll need to give us your original identity documents. You can do this at either: a service centre an Agent or Access Point. We must confirm your identity before you can make a claim. Once we verify your photo identity, you can give us the other identity documents online This means I will have to go to a centrelink office to verify my photo identity first, then continue next steps online, that I could not start verifying identity online. Or this is for other service required not for AoS? Is my understanding correct? Thank you.
  7. Hi, I'm going to do AoS and found these websites useful. I wish I had read earlier to save time. https://www.humanservices.gov.au/individuals/services/centrelink/assurance-support http://bigdream.com.au/en/aos/article/how-to-complete-an-aos
  8. I received email from immi today for further document.
  9. Thanks Marilyn. I didn't know how to add signature as well. Now I could update my profile.
