Depend on your health and character, there are still some factors that CO can refuse your visa but I heard people said that you get nomination approval, you have 90% chances. Visa decision will be get within 2 months.

Yeah, you have to wait until your MA has an email from them, or you can check the messages. Based on my exp, just waste time and more stressful.

Your status won't change till CO touch your visa application. My immi status only change when I got PR, even CO requested more information, it still received.
