Hi There is a field called "Any" which will nominated all the states to get invites from. However, I have heard that it is not recommended and that will give an impression of being indecisive. Is it recommended to create separate EOI for different states? Regards Seema

Hi I found an information online on this https://deltaimmigration.com.au/Developer-Programmer/261312.htm website. It says South Australia's (Adelaide) PR requirement is to have 80 points or above incluing the state nomination points which means I currently have 75 for 189 and 80 for state nomination as will be getting 5 points for state. Does this mean I can apply for 489 visa for SA meeting the nomination requirement? Please advise asap as I will lodge an EOI for this as soon as I get any feedback.

Hi My cousin had lodged her PR as accountant on 75 points in 2017 right when the points increased for accountants. There is no hope now as the points have gone up to 95. However, just hoping that her teaching English to other language and vice versa could get her PR? She also teaches IELTS & PTE and has pretty good experience. Is there any hope for her to get PR from this line? 249311 teacher of English to speakers of other language could be relevant? Please suggest what are the other ways to get PR? Hi I currently have 75 points for 189 visa. I have my skills assessed positive for 261312 Developer Programmer but I have been working as an IT Support Analyst for 6 months and I do no have any other IT experience. I had lodged my EOI on 3rd of March 2019 but I updated to 75 on 11 July 2019. My date of effect has changed to 11th of July. I have 80 points for 190, however, new rules says we have to live and work in Australia for 1 year to be nominiated by NSW state. The only problem I see here is that I am working as IT Support Analyst but have Developer Programmer as my Skilled Occupation. My question: 1. Should I start looking for regional options (489 or 491)? But many regional area do not require Developer Programmer. 2. Should I get my skills assessed as ICT Support Engineer 263212 and wait till I complete 1 year to get experience point? The problem here is - My visa is expiring on 8th of Feb. I will complete 1 year on 29th Jan 2020. 3. Is there any other IT Occupation which may increase my PR chances ? I do not mind going to regional as long as it gives me PR, but I also need to have relevant work experience which is in SOL as well. Any idea which would be best occupation for regional which is in SOL? 4. Should I create a separate EOI if I want to apply as ICT Support Engineer or other higher PR chances occupation so that my current EOI date of Effect remains unchanged for the occupation Developer Programmer? Is it a good idea not to change DOE? 5. I will not have Dev prg work experience as I do not intend to work as that, so I guess any invitation that requires work experience will not be for me. So, should I get my skills assessed for another occupation which I intend to work? It is very confusing. The conferred date is 22 March 2018, Official result release ( which I put as course end date in the skills assessment form) is 27 Nov 2017 and my graduation ceremony was in May. My grad certificate has this "The Seal of the University is affixed this twenty-second day of March 2018" The Completion letter has this "Official Result Release Date for Spring 2017: 27 November 2017"

Hi If I do not want to claim points for employment, is it compulsory to include my past 10 years of employment history? The issue is that I do not remember my start and end date of all my employment history. And I do not want to claim any points.

Can anybody suggest me if I can be qualified for 263111 - Computer Network and Systems Engineer occupation which is highly in demand right now? If not will I be qualified for 261399 - Software and Application Programmer? I just want to be sure that I get the positive assessment outcome with the chances of securing the faster invitation on minimum points. I would greatly appreciate any kind of help.
