Thank you for your comment. We actually had done our medical last year November and we brought a letter from her renal specialist stating a very positive prognosis.

Hi, Just wondering if there are people who have similar situation. My wife and I are just waiting for our PR 189 to be approved. We are pretty anxious. My wife has a medical condition called Lupus nephritis. Is that a condition that likely to be denied a visa? She is on remission and no problems at all. Her kidney function tests were all normal since the disease started. It was just protein in urine before that prompted us to see a specialist, but no protein in urine anymore. She is very stable and even the specialist is very happy and said there is no reason for my wife to have any problems. She is on medication mycophenolate 1 gram twice a day and prednisone 5mg once a day. Hoping for replies thanks.
