    Yes you only need an Oz police check if you've lived there/ been resident. Not holidays. As the applicant I did UK only but my bf (sponsor) did UK and Oz. Worth nothing too the "enter by" date is only tied to the applicant's police check or medical, not the sponsor.

    My RFI was 29th Jan and the results from my medical were uploaded on 13th Feb. We're off to Melbourne although possibly not until next March/April, in which case I may have to "pop" over there before hand to activate it, which is slightly frustrating but not the end of the world all things considered.

    @CEP I'd be happy to help in moving the spreadsheet to Google if you'd like, it would mean others could edit and it can continue on.

    Congrats! Identical timings so good to know there is occasionally some common sense applied around time lines etc!

    Having replied a couple of hours ago to say no news, just after 5pm I got notification that both my 309 and in the same minute my 100 were granted! Beyond happy!

    Nothing since RFI at the end of January. Been about a month now since I did my medical.

    The medical is uploaded directly by the clinic. The clinic that did mine a few weeks ago (in London) asked if I wanted a copy of the results which I received from them via email the next day.

    @LouFerg I think you're looking on the "View Details" page for the sponsor's application? If so my sponsor still says "Submitted" but this doesn't surprise me given the RFI request.

    Ah cool ok. I didn't spot that during a lot of research but no trouble to upload now thankfully. Yes I completed a Form 80, I couldn't tell if it was strictly needed or not but thought no harm to do it.

    Hi W20 What prompted you to upload proof of your sponsor's UK Indefinite Leave to Remain? I don't recall seeing this requested and have just been asked for it as part of the RFI. Not a problem but just curious if I missed it somehow! Thanks.

    I also received my RFI today. Submitted 8th October 18 so very similar time frame to you mia.oh.my. They've requested my medical and also proof of UK immigration status for my sponsor, which I wasn't expecting but of course is no problem.

    We've submitted our application and sponsor applications online via the same IMMI account. Within the applicant's sections for attaching documents I can see my sponsor details and we've attached the necessary photos, police checks etc. However, it's showing as 0 received for Form 40SP despite the sponsor application having been completed and linked with the reference number etc. Is this normal? I'm guessing this is to attach if filled in by hand and scanned/uploaded rather than via IMMI online. Many thanks.

    Hi there! Been lurking on this forum for a while and absorbing all the great advice. My dates to add: Applied 309 - 8 October 2018 No response yet. Planning to front load, doing medical and police checks end of January so we have plenty of time on the activation date - if it’s approved of course! Good luck everyone.
