  1. I know we feel very very lucky. We tried to get PR in 2015 by ourselves but dentists were taken off the SKilled occupation list halfway through our application so we had to get 457 sponsor. I think that there aren’t many dentists on this 457/ applying for PR So I think that has helped. Also working for big company.
  2. Went to bed last night status received. Checked at lunch today and FINALISED!! I was soo shocked didn't hear from the MA until the afternoon. Nomination and visa approved at the same time it took 5 months and 6 days. (please update me on the timeline)We are feeling soo very lucky and grateful, and on top of the world. I am really sorry to everyone who has been waiting soo much longer. I really hope that the wait is over for everyone soon and you all get good news. Thanks soo much everyone for contributing to such a useful and supportive forum. I admit I have been a bit obsessed with reading it over the last month!
  3. So sorry to hear this Tini365. We had a similar situation in September 2018 when we applied. My husbands also came back 'no live trace' for a caution drunk and disorderly also back in 2004. He was 18 at the time. Our MA advised we may be able to have it removed. In the meantime we submitted visa without the AFP. We spoke to police and ACRO in UK, managed to fill out a form to appeal the caution and it was overturned. (In the meantime we ordered a subject access which we were going to put in with our application if we were unable to get it appealed and provide an explanation ) We didn't have any evidence as to why we were removing it he just said young and a mistake and stressed what a massive impact it was having on our visa application. It took about 3-4 weeks to come back but was worth it to have it now say no trace if possible. Even if it can't be removed don't stress if you can get a subject access explaining what happened and have a note from your MA it should be fine. I hope this helps best of luck.
  4. that's a really good idea thank you. If you do that though does it mean your MA no longer has access to see your application on or does it just mean that you can both see what's going on?
  5. perfect thanks soo much you are all doing a great job with this forum its much appreciated!
