Hi Kebin, I applied the AAT in 2015 and it opened in 2017 and they requested some documents and the same time in 2018 I applied 187 visa and I got my 187 visa 7 August 2019 but my AAT file was on hold because my New employer requested to judge, and after getting my visa my MA asked me to withdraw the AAT file and when I asked her that can I get any refund but she said you can't get any refund I am so confused but before she told me that if you withdraw the application you can get refund, May be my aat file was under process that's why I can't get refund . Please can you lit explain how did you apply for refund. Maybe I can get some, Thanks

Hi rajjat, I feel very sorry for that but I would like to say u that you push your MA if you have one because it happened with me long time ago in 2012, immigration forget to open my file and I did same thing with my MA and they called straight way and I got my visa 3 days because every agent is busy with New client, he/she will not care about depression and they will ask you only for waiting, this is my own experience , I don't believe in god but I believe in human, only human can help each other, don't be scare to push your agent, good luck

Hello guys, Very good morning I want share my good news with you, I got my 187 visa granted on 7/8/2019 Here is time line Rcb+visa+nomination applied in Feb 2018 Nomination approved 3 July 2019 Visa file opened on 4 July and required pte score and spouse English certificate My agent submitted on 31 July and I got visa 7 August, I am in australia for last 13 years , I did too much struggle to get permanent believe me, my both kids are overseas ,you can not imagine how I am happy to see them. Good luck guys who are waiting for this golden time This forum helped me a lot when I was desperate for my visa. Thanks

I submitted e56 documents last week on Friday and paid money for my spouses English test, but my immiaccunt still showing initial assessment,It it normal

Hello guys , when immigration ask u to submit spouses English language test but If partner want pay money instead of English test, how long they take to generate the invoice because my agent told me that he sent request to immigration to deposit, and I paid already $4995.95 in my agent account, but my status showing only initial assessment yet it should be change after submit. Please share your views. Thanks in advance
