  1. 42$, just applied online. Your agent may charge you extra for filling the form etc whis is only takes 5mins.
  2. If you already got the 187 permanent resident visa granted, you are obliged for working 2 years full time with your employer after granted. However do anyone still working even you get abuse, not getting superannuation paid for the last 18month, never get paid overtime (10-15 hours easily every week) and day in lieu (still working on public holiday) is anyone able to tell me the way out? Cause this is so frustrating...
  3. This, doesnt it said "time spent with the employer on temporary work visa (which is bridging visa a or etc) cannot count towards the two years" ? also " The times starts when visa holder begins work whilst holding their RSMS 187 visa (Bridging visa A is not meant holding RSMS 187 visa) Did i miss something here though?
  4. The change happen 2 weeks after my visa is granted though, not before.
  5. Where do you get this information from? All of other lawyer and websites i read said 2 years post visa granted. I just get the visa, been waiting for over 2 years whilst working full time and willing to leave as the situation at work. thanks!
  6. @VERYSTORMY it is prior after the granted, so i guess i have a good chance. How do i do this, would hire a immigration lawyer better to resolve the solution?
  7. Hi guys, i recently got approved rsms application visa a month ago as a cook. I know its pretty clear from immigration that i required to stay with my employer for 2 years after granted. My boss recently change the business structure together with the abn, whilst putting me to his other store with different store name and abn too. I had been working with him for 2 years and never got paid super from the last 1.5 years, took away some annual leave whilst i did not using them, work over time 10-15hours unpaid (some people will think its normal in hospitality area), we are always understaff too. What are the chance for me to change the employer? Do i need to stay like this for another 23 months? I just dont want to let my hardwork to get the permanent resident strip, because i recklessly change the employer without taking the right step. Thank you so much for anyone willing to take the time to reply my thread.
