Hi, My husband did certificate 111 in commercial cookery and diploma in hospitality management. And degreein hospitalty management. For the skill assessment we heard that he need to complete certificate 1V in commercial cookery. He did at carrick institute and it has closed at the moment. Any advices to follow from you is highly appreciated. Thank you
