Guys, Finally my application has changed form Further Assessment to Finalised. In the message section I can see three mails with the GRANTED

After 1 year and 10 days my application has been moved to Initial Assessment. They are asking for additional Medical test.

Congrats mate. I am having a question, can anyone clarify me? My company also lodged my 186 visa on February 2018 and still its in RECEIVED status. I am not sure what is the difference between the Nomination Lodged Vs Visa applied? I am not able to understand what level is my application based on the status
