First of all Congrats!!! If I lived in UK 11.3 monthes that is les than 1 year, do you think they will ask UK police clearance?

With such long time, I am thinking to do PTE and get higher score and upgrade to 190, claim as new circumstances. Hope no need to start all over again... any thoughts about this?

People, is it required to put birth certificate? I am singe applicant no dependants... if yes in what cases? Just thought to do it before they will ask if reqired. I dont want to wait to ask me that paper and wait even longer...

Its normally advised to do your medicals before asked by CO. In that way you'll save time and have chance to get direct grant My Visa lodged 4 Jan 19, then I see health exam and booked 22 Jan cos there was no earlier date, then did all exams and a week later got request from Med Officer of immigration to do some additional test again 3 month later. Now waiting for that period. So even Med test may take longer period in some cases...:/

maybe you need to check action required? I do have action required in medical they want additional analysis...

What was the reason of refusal? Did they provide?

I read in some other forum, that a person was rejected to have visa because he did not put that he was in military when he was 19, though they know that in old USSR all man requred to be solder for 2 years. Another case I read that a girl was diognosed TB so she was told that she can apply again when she will be threathened. But lets just finger cross that all will be good.

Seems like I dont need to wait police check to Lodge application...I can lodge and then attach Police check when it is ready da? and when i should do health check? Did they requested after lodge? or i missed something...

and Is it required to show all relatives even they are not immigration with me? I should fill form 80 for each person even if they non-migration units. and can I not mention some of them at all.

Hello, All. Sorry for stupid question. I got invitation 13 dec. Doing application now. I am on the page of attaching docs. I need to do police check, and official translations of national ID. I read somewhere that I shoould apply in 2 weeks from invitation but it is written in the invitation that is 60 days(489 NT). So should I do payment and submit in 2 weeks and the rest docs can be attached later when it will be ready? Or it is better to prepare all. attach and go to next and pay, submit? In this case it will be later than 2 weeks... I read somehwre that payment may take 3 days, so and it may be later than 2 weeks from invitation. I just stuck with 2 weeks, maybe it was for another type of visa. Confused
