  1. Congratulations may I ask are you offshore when visa granted?
  2. Yes. I just did for my mother couple months ago. Just email them all the docs. Got approved in 5 days.
  3. Hi all Just went to centrelink to apply for AOS. It’s so confused. They just did confirmation of identity, and took the AOS form without asking ( Department of Home Affairs letter, any documents,...) she not even read the forms, just signed as the witness only. Then she said that’s all done. When I asked her about what is next. She said she has no idea. All she doing is scan and submit it. If I need to know anything, call the service number Does anyone experience like me? Is it just first step normally? Will I expected another appointment or interview? ( I didn’t have the CRN to register online, and Centrelink is just next door, so I thought it would be easier to just apply in person) Thanks

  5. Hi Greece. If you asked about the lodgement day, then it was 22 Feb 16 (not 12) I actually was so surprised when I got an email as after I read your timeline I expected it would come around next couple weeks or next year...
  6. Hi. Just wanna share a news. My mum got request for further docs yesterday 2/12.
  7. Congratulations Greece! Hopefully my mum will be contacted before xmas
  8. Hi I applied for my mum 600 family sponsored visitor visa twice through immi account. She got 12months stay from each time. ( out of Australia for 3 months in between) But I heard everyone is different. Seek informations from the immi website. Hope it helps!
  9. Congratulations theballies! Happy for you all. Now I can expect to be contacted around next month Thank you for sharing
  10. Thanks bridgie for the update. Seems like they just tried to finish 2015 then stopped there
  11. My mum is 56. So I think maybe it’s different for tourist visa and sponsored visa I guess. Or every case is different
  12. There’re 2 type of 600: tourist visa which normally allows 3months stay is not required medical check, and sponsored family visitor visa which allows up to 12 months stay is required medical check. Hope it helps!
  13. Last update from someone is 9 November 15. My mum still 4 months behind At least it’s moving now...
