I'm in the same situation, I called Immigration they said to just notify them once you're leaving Australia

Hey guys, I applied for my citizenship on 04/05/2021 and I will need to travel overseas very soon. Does anyone know what happens if they approve my application while I'm overseas? I couldn't find this information.
-
Exactly, but as I do have the nomination approved the occupation list will not apply when re-lodging the visa.

Why it should be a problem? Did they change something regarding to STSOL applicants?

Do you think that withdraw the application and apply once again is not the best option? What do you recommend? I sent two times documents to the Department showing more than three years of experience and they are not accepting it. I sent diplomas from 2008, 2009 and my Bachelor Degree in 2015. I sent my CV, ACS assessment and documents supporting my previous employers.

Not sure if you read the complete thread, but in my case they are considering only ACS to determine my experience, at the time that I applied I had less than three years of experience.

Exactly. The main problem is that they don't want to look into other documents, only ACS. So, I will withdraw the application and apply using the approved nomination as @sydneyishuk mentioned.

My MA suggested this one year ago to proceed with the application even with less than 3 years of experience (considering the ACS assessment). I have more than 10 years of experience but the Department is relying only on ACS, so I don't have choice.

I applied with 2 years 5 months. Before it was ok but now they are more restrictives.

Which rule?

Exactly. But the Department is more restrictive now, I tried to submit prove that I have much more than three years of experience but they are arguing that at the moment that I applied accordingly with my ACS assessment I don't have these three years. We tried for 3 times show this to the Department without success. So I think the best thing to do is withdraw the application.
