Hi guys, Beware of scams and not a part of it, such as paying for visa sponsorship, buying paid experiences. A lot of visa applications are refusing by Immigration department because of loosing trust. Be genuine and honest and you will be fine .

For 186 visa application, you still need 6 bands each, there is no exemption. -
Hi there your employer should never done that. Department consider new Abn as a new business. You might have to file new applications. My friend had gone through this situation.

I feel sorry for you, that put unfair decision on your head, which seems totally unfair. Many applicants are complaining here for such issues.

They are not giving chance for clarification, looks not good

You can win the AAT, if this is the only reason of refusal. There is no other chef and business suffer loss ,if they loose you. Have they clarified the refusal in detail.

Also if someone already left, there is no need to show them in the chart. Thats why C O got confuse, ignoring who left .

The letter mention i worked full time and i have employment contract as well. I can't able to get the payslips bcoz company closed down

Thanks cherries for reply, i dont have bank statements becoz account has been closed . I got Pay G summaries for 3 years and some payslips. Its been long time so i havent keep it. I got employment reference letter from employer. Will be that ok.

Hi CeejayKav, have you got approval. How do you manage bank statments of closed account. I have yearly tax certificate (PayG) for 3 years but not bank statement of closed account. Neither i have payslip but i got few . I have employment reference letter but the company closed down .

Your experience countdown since you are holding 489 bridging visa. I have read in state website. Do you need to submit english test again for 887 as its not require in the immi website
