I had to wait 2 years to apply for the 887... I attempted to apply for it right after getting my 489 but it said I didn’t meet the requirements

Hey guys just a question.. I’ve applied for my 887 a few months ago and attached my documents needed. But I went back on to check my status of my application and new recommended documents have been requested which weren’t there before. So Does that mean someone has looked at my application and requiring me to add more documents ? Or is it not required for me To upload the documents..
