Hi. I am new here, so please excuse me if I am repeating I am planning to apply for skilled visa (189) as a high school maths teacher. 1. I see that cost is AUD3500. Is it payable after confirmation of the permit? Or is it non-refundable fee which needed to be paid for application? 2. Should I better try first get a position? (I think 190 skilled visa)
