Hi, I am currently residing in Australia and am required to travel for work to the US by my company in middle of November, I have a permanent residency which states my last date to enter Australia as 16th November 2018, I have spent less than two years in Australia because of contract commitments with a company based in Australia which required me to manage their business operations from another country, on my first visit i stayed for 8 months inside Australia and lived outside Australia for 11 months, but since the completion of my contract I have now have been continuously living in Australia for another 8 months, with my entire family including my parents and brother who have been living here for more than 4 years on permanent residency , Additionally I have been filing all my taxes in Australia and also receive my salary in Australia and also have my medicare card and currently going through my drivers license and also am part of the lease agreement, am I eligible for filing for a RRV ? also as I read on the Immigration site that the RRV can take up to 5 months to receive on application, can I apply for a bridging visa that will let me travel for 15 days in middle of November to the USA for my work and return to Australia ? Would really need some help understanding how the bridging visa works in case of RRV and which category of Bridging visas I need to apply for..
