He doesn’t have any evidence just the original 1263 which is signed by two employers with the dates he done the work

He just has the the 1263 form which is signed by both employers

No it was signed before this I was just wondering if it would still be valid for him to apply for a second year visa

Hi there I was wondering if anyone could help me out. My boyfriend was in Australia A few yeara back and completed his regional and has the 1263 form completed. He then came home without getting his 2nd year visa. We are hoping to go out next year and was just wondering does anyone know would he be able to get his 2nd year visa with this form or does it have a expiry date. TIA

Are you sure that he paper work from his 1263 would still be valid. All he has is the signed documents from his employer?
