Co didn’t required anything for visa file as everything was already submitted (file was decision ready)just recent documents were requested for nomination only ,my MA was expecting PR grant with the nomination approval after submitting requested docs but they took another 6 days after nomination and CO was different for visa but if Nomination n visa lodgement time is same they won’t take much time then few weeks

Hi friends, good news ,yesterday my nomination got approved... documents were requested on 14 jan 1-Nominee bank statement showing wages(recent 3 months) 2- Nominee Super statement showing contribution from employer (recent) 3- Business bank statement,why need paid employee (recent 3 months) 4- Restaurant’s lease agreement 5- Bank Statements showing all paid TRAINING BENCHMARKS submitted on 9 feb and got approved 14 February... yesterday. ! Thanks to all,now waiting for PR

Hi benchmarks for my sponsord company’s are paid on to Tafe on 21st June 2016 ,16 August 2017 (amended) 22 August 2017 please someone suggest if these are up to dated m worried and my MA hardly answer the phone I got 457 approved in June 2015

On my immi account also it says 15 to 17 months

Is that restaurant is really big enough and having good number of sales to sponser 4 cooks at same time ,if yes then your MA needs to add some recent good financial documents of the company to make your position/case strong
