hi guys can anyone help me rergarding 494 visa. is it mandatory to show business lease? is it possible, can i apply nomination to see either business can sponser me or not? is can be sponser from Franchise ? thanks

$1733 nomination and $1733 visa refusal. approx 18th to 24th months. success ratio is depends on case.

once visa grant, your time start after 3 months, yes its required 2yrs have to stay in regl area.
