    Hi there, apologies if I’m asking this in the wrong topic area! Hoping someone will be able to answer - I’m applying for citizenship ASAP as I’ve now had my PR for 1 year (and over 4 in Oz altogether).. do u know if I’ve to get NEW police Certs for countries I’ve lived in over past 10 years, or is it fine to still use those I got while applying for my PR 2 years ago? (Haven’t lived in those countries since then) thank you

    @Tomlfc1992 Thank you so so much for your prompt reply!! I’m so grateful and that gives me hope and more confidence that I can deal with her and leave if it doesn’t get better. I really hope you get yours soon!! You guys deserve it so much!

    Hey guys, I got my PR grant last week but in the final few days my relationship with my manager has got so much worse, it was getting bad over the past few months and more so last few weeks. My question is if I was to resign and look for a new job would that affect my PR? I’ve been with them for over 3 years and I did think at the time of application that I would stay with them but it’s just become unbearable to work with my manager. Does anyone know of anyone where they have left so soon after being granted PR? Appreciate your help, and I’m very hopeful you will all receive your grant before Christmas!

    THanks all!! @tocsa yes it’s an engineering firm, 700 employees in sydney office, turnover is low and I’m not sure about financials, I think those were lodged with the nomination which I couldn’t access @madhu nom & visa lodged 12 February, visa granted 21 November (didn’t hear anything about nomination, just visa directly approved)

    Guys - My PR has just been granted!!!!! I’m a February applicant - I feel really bad for those that are on here that have been waiting so much longer, I really hope u all get yours soon!! Marketing Specialist, ENS TRT, Nom & visa applied feb 12, direct approval - I am shaking and crying with happiness right now!! This forum has helped me so much too, thank u to whoever created it and I really hope u all receive your good news very soon!

    Yes it really is killing me too, some days I have hope that it will be any day now.. and others o feel like giving up and moving to Canada instead.. or back home to Ireland

    Guys, can u change location (from sydney to Melbourne) but stay with the same company in the same role, even when still awaiting 186 ENS grant? TRT186

    Hi guys, I’m concerned that my MA hasn’t uploaded enough documents for me, we lodged application in February and the only docs attached are the ones I sent her (police certs, degree certs, evidence of health, form 956 etc) but there is nothing against Emoloyment conditions, evidence of identity, evidence of Australian work experience etc. I can’t see my employment contract there either. Should I be worried? Thanks in advance, I’m so glad I found this forum!

    Hi all, my company changed ABN in July (We submitted TRT 186 earlier in year). It was more of a re-structure, not a buy out, same global parent company. I asked the MA how that would effect my application and she said it won’t. I’ve heard elsewhere though that having a different ABN to what was applied with does mean you have to re-submit again, does anyone know if this is correct, and how I should go about correcting my MA? She was very short with me too, got the impression she didn’t like me calling her direct line to ask her!

    Congrats @Dags!! Great to hear as it’s been such a quiet few weeks! Guys I imported my visa application as my work MA submitted for me.. When I log in though it says: “Type: Permanent Employer Sponsored OR Nominated Visa (186,187)”... I just got worried about the “OR” word.. we submitted in February and I don’t want it to be just the nomination as I’ve seen it could take good few months extra after nomination is approved to get visa approval. Do u know if I can tell it is my nomination only or visa that was applied for? Thanks in advance!
