Could any body advise me where to upload the Notice of in-principle registration subject to proof of identity? I have applied the modified plus skill assessment. The checklist remind me to have a copy of the notice but I found nowhere to upload. May anyone help me about this issue??

@Marts14May I know how is your progress?? As I am also AS patient and trying to apply 190. I am really worried as I was previously put on adalimumab and I was abstain from the medication for 2 years due to remission. I really hope someone could provide me some advice. Thank you so much.

I am currently applying 190. What makes me worried is the medical assessment. I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis since 2010 and I was put on Adalimumab since then. After a few years injection I was under remission and doctor pull over the regieme. I have been under remission for almost 2 years. Just wonder anyone has similar experience if I could pass the medical.
